Working across 30+ cost categories, Chris takes a hands-on approach: building strategic relationships with both leadership and the teams executing on the ground, understanding each client’s priorities, and delivering solutions that improve cash flow without disrupting operations.
Earlier in his career, Chris held finance executive roles with global food service companies Marriott and Sodexo — experience that included working alongside legal, risk management, and operating teams on hundreds of contracts. That experience provided a ground-level understanding of how agreements are structured, where value can be missed, and how to optimize outcomes for all sides.
