Before joining ERA in 2024, Eustațiu held leadership roles at Albalact/Lactalis, where he was responsible for packaging development and improvement, CSR initiatives, feasibility studies, and the implementation of group-wide projects. He also worked as Key Account Manager at Tetra Pak Romania, focusing on business development in equipment solutions for the food industry.
