For more than 15 years, I have partnered with CEOs, CFOs, boards, and business owners to help their organizations improve performance, create financial flexibility, and position themselves for sustainable growth.
My perspective was shaped long before I entered consulting. During my time at GE, I worked within complex global manufacturing operations supporting more than 2,000 sites worldwide. That experience provided firsthand insight into the realities leadership teams face every day: balancing growth with operational excellence, managing competing priorities, navigating change, allocating resources effectively, and creating value in increasingly complex environments.
It also taught me an important lesson. Most organizations are not limited by a lack of ideas. They are limited by time, visibility, and the capacity to pursue every opportunity available to them.
That understanding continues to shape my approach today.
My role is not to be the expert in every operational discipline. Rather, I help leadership teams identify opportunities, access specialized expertise, and translate insight into measurable business outcomes. By bringing together ERA Group's global network of specialists, market intelligence, and tailored methodologies, I help organizations create financial flexibility, strengthen operational performance, and align resources with the priorities that matter most to their future.
The leaders I work with are often focused on ambitious objectives: expanding into new markets, investing in technology, strengthening customer experiences, developing their teams, improving resilience, pursuing acquisitions, or increasing enterprise value. My responsibility is to help them create the financial flexibility and organizational capacity needed to support those priorities while allowing management to remain focused on leading the business. Success in these efforts is built on trust, transparency, collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside nonprofit leaders, privately held companies, family-owned businesses, and Fortune 500 organizations. While every organization is different, the most successful share a common characteristic: a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to challenge assumptions in pursuit of better outcomes.
What drives me is not simply identifying opportunities. It is seeing what they make possible: the capital to fund growth, invest in innovation, strengthen operations, support employees, improve the customer experience, and build a more resilient organization.
