Jürgen Rausch has been a Senior Partner at the ERA Group since 2015. With a technical background and over 15 years of professional experience in leadership roles within the metalworking industry, as well as several years of international project experience across various sectors, he brings in-depth expertise in the areas of work planning, scheduling, production, assembly, procurement, IT, engineering, maintenance, supplier development, and quality management.
Jürgen Rausch continuously applies his extensive knowledge to a wide range of client projects focused on process and production optimization. He specializes in the optimization and implementation of a wide variety of ERP, APS, and MES systems, the implementation of Lean Management and QM systems (DIN EN ISO 9001), as well as value stream, material flow, and layout planning. With practical and actionable digital solution concepts, he supports and guides companies in efficiently pursuing and accelerating their journey toward the smart factory.
