Specialist in Cost Optimisation with 15 years experience in helping companies to maximise their profits.
Nick joined ERA in 2011 and manages complex multi-project engagements for some of ERA Group’s largest clients. He was awarded ERA Consultant of the Year in 2018 and EMEA Special Award in 2025.
Prior to this he spent 20 years building and managing equity trading operations for North American investment banks. The project and people management skills needed for these roles have given him the experience required for managing the many factors involved in the delivery of successful client assignments. Nick brings with him an attitude of hard work, attention to detail, humour and collaboration.
During his time at ERA Group Nick has managed clients as diverse as Centrica, Burberry, Bourne Leisure, Buzz Bingo, Bonhams, The Royal Academy of Arts, Brighton College and Leonard Cheshire to name but a few.
He has managed numerous multi-million pound projects in 32 different expense categories where innovative, valuable and successful outcomes for the client were always the primary aims.
