Robert Simon is a senior partner at the ERA Group, and holds a degree in business administration (FH).
Following leadership roles in finance, accounting, and HR – including serving as Commercial Director for a medium-sized trading company and later in the temporary staffing sector – he has been combining financial and HR perspectives into holistic human resources solutions at ERA since 2012.
