Simona's areas of expertise range from the structural dimensioning of complex machine tools to their design with a view to range, the management of the main commercial mechanical classes, working with leading global market players, and cost reduction. Simona is an expert in rationalisation, lean design, modularity and standardisation, as well as having extensive experience in supply management and optimisation.
At ERA, now a Senior Partner, in addition to dealing with Key Account & Engagement Process Management, she has put her expertise in the Packaging (Primary and Secondary) category to good use, becoming team leader of the category and bringing great satisfaction to customers both in terms of savings and in terms of support and assistance, thanks to the important skills she has acquired over the years.
