Tom holds an advanced Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and is actively pursuing his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. His Employee Benefits expertise spans prescription drug pricing, medical claim costs, carrier contract structure, plan design, and the often-overlooked levers that determine what employers actually pay - and what their employees actually receive.Tom holds a bachelor's degree in economics with a focus in Engineering Science from the University of California, San Diego.
