His background spans sales leadership, business development, operations management, and vendor negotiations, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges business leaders face every day.
Before joining ERA Group, Trent spent more than a decade in the roofing industry, consistently delivering top sales performance while helping customers and organizations achieve their goals. Prior to that, he spent more than 13 years in retail management, leading teams, overseeing multi-unit operations, and implementing strategies that improved efficiency and results.
Today, Trent partners with business leaders to uncover hidden savings opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and enhance operational effectiveness. His hands-on experience and results-focused approach help clients achieve measurable improvements while maintaining the quality and service their customers expect.
When he's not working with clients, Trent enjoys traveling with his wife and their two children. He also enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, camping, and exploring the open road on his motorcycle.
