Wouter Blom has been a partner at ERA Group since 2025. Drawing on his background in technical business administration and his passion for total quality management, he helps companies improve their performance in a systematic way.
Prior to this, Wouter worked in the manufacturing sector and held management positions at multinationals specialising in a range of fields: from high-tech electronics (Thales) and glass packaging (Ardagh) to water management (Talis) and aluminium beverage packaging (CanPack).
In addition to managing B2B sales, he has led numerous projects, for example in product development, the transition to self-managing teams, and working capital reduction through smart forecasting and planning.
His approach centres on three questions: how can we make things smarter, more efficient and more effective? Whether it’s about smoother processes, greater customer loyalty or less waste – it’s all about sustainable growth, satisfied people and maximum results.
