She joined ERA Group in 2016 following a successful career in distribution, culminating in a Board‑level role as Director of Operations for a European distributor of mailing equipment.
Since joining us, Zoe has developed deep expertise in the UK education sector and the complex rules and regulations governing public sector purchasing. She understands that effective procurement in education relies on clear planning, compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, robust specifications, transparency, and active contract management - all of which drive value for money, reduce risk, and strengthen long‑term financial sustainability.
She provides ongoing support to our clients, helping them manage procurement projects while balancing compliance, value for money, educational priorities, and stakeholder expectations within the required regulatory frameworks.
