A smarter approach to chemicals procurement
With €33 million of spend under review, ERA Group worked with TFL to identify procurement opportunities across a technically complex chemicals category. The initiative delivered 17% average savings, enhanced supplier intelligence and created a stronger foundation for future procurement decisions, without compromising quality or stakeholder engagement.
