Specifically, Adelio served for 13 years as General Manager/CEO/Chairman of companies operating in highly competitive environments, where he spearheaded the development of highly innovative new products/services and projects aimed at rationalising operating costs and overheads, which provided a significant impetus to the growth of corporate profitability. Previously, Adelio held management positions in marketing, sales, and business development, developing, inter alia, extensive knowledge of public and private sector tendering issues.
