Professional and entrepreneur, now Senior Partner at ERA Group. He started out in international contexts (Caffè Kimbo, Johnson & Johnson) and then at Accenture, where he led automotive strategy projects as a manager for over 11 years. Since 2012, he has been one of ERA's top partners in Italy and Europe in terms of results. He combines strategic planning and management control with a pragmatic approach. As a Client Manager, he specialises in managing large, complex accounts, while as a Cost Manager, he specialises in corporate mobility (travel and fleets).
With a career path that combines corporate experience and entrepreneurship, Alfredo has gained solid expertise in strategic planning, management control and the execution of efficiency programs. At Accenture, he led strategy initiatives for leading automotive players, developing project governance, stakeholder management and results measurement. On a personal level, he is characterised by strong determination and a results-oriented approach. He demands a lot from himself and, consequently, from those who work with him, but in a respectful environment with clear objectives and a focus on personal growth. He believes in empowerment, structured feedback and meritocracy as levers to accelerate impact. After turning 50, he became a father again, rediscovering a more paternal side and a more serene approach to things: a perspective that has made his leadership both demanding and patient, firm on targets but balanced in processes, convinced that lasting results come from trust, discipline and collaboration.
