Alison is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM) and IWFM Impact Awards Judge. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business requirements across a broad range of industry sectors.

In addition, Alison supports the optimisation of procurement systems and digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency, transparency, and audit readiness. She also establishes structured supplier onboarding and compliance approaches, ensuring that organisations have visibility of supplier financial stability, health and safety standards, and sustainability performance.
As a former Chair of the Facilities Management Supply Chain Sustainability School, Alison has played a key role in advancing sustainability within the built environment. With expertise in ISO 20400, she supports clients in embedding sustainable and responsible procurement practices, ensuring that procurement activities align with environmental and social goals while delivering measurable value. Through this integrated and strategic approach, Alison enables organisations to strengthen their procurement capability, enhance resilience, and build high-performing, future-ready supply chains.
