Before joining ERA Group, Brenda managed debit card operations for a portfolio of 4.9 million Visa cards, ensuring accuracy in authorisation and reporting across multiple BINs. She also led treasury management operations and product development initiatives, consistently driving service levels above industry standards. Over the past 15 years, her focus has been on cost optimisation, using digital enhancements to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency ratios.
