I've held management roles at start-up companies across the telecoms and healthcare sectors, serving as a key contributor in establishing systems, defining processes, and influencing business culture – which culminated in successful acquisitions of each company I had the pleasure of assisting in their growth.
At ERA Group, my goal is to illuminate opportunities for businesses to reduce expenses and redirect those costs back into their company's mission. I split my time between establishing relationships with new businesses to understand their spending challenges, presenting options of where/how I can help reduce their spending by optimising supplier relationships or improving processes, and monitoring the effects of those improvements throughout the lifecycle of our engagement.
