James is CIPS qualified and a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute Of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS). He is also a time served engineer. He has been with ERA Group since 2011 and prior to joining, had 13 years experience in precision engineering, heavy engineering, maintenance and procurement roles. These wide ranging skills & experience enables him to understand and anticipate the various manufacturing processes, technical requirements and solutions required for his clients.
He further leverages this knowledge to uniquely analyse businesses, thereby bridging the understanding gap between finance and operations whilst identifying savings opportunities. James particularly enjoys collaborating with clients operating multi-site operations, utilising his analytical acumen to align and standardise business units, whether situated in the UK or across Europe. His Team is proficient in auditing and processing vast quantities of data accurately and efficiently.
They engage with stakeholders at all levels whilst cultivating relationships. This approach has been pivotal to the BPFM Team’s success, with clients frequently extending their engagement period.
