After 15 years working with leaders from 41 organisations across all sectors as an external advisor, building on 20 years of previous experience in various senior management roles, I am now in an ideal position to provide tangible and substantive value in expenditure optimisation management. My role is simple: to help CEOs implement projects that drive efficiency in highly specific areas of their organisation's procurement. The first focus: people. Safeguarding the professional integrity of everyone involved. The second focus: equipping myself with an expert analyst team that never fails; if there are hidden efficiencies, we bring them to light.
