Niri Patel is Managing Director of fit20 UK, the country’s fastest-growing micro boutique fitness brand and the largest international fit20 territory. Known for his quiet effectiveness and laser focus, he has led fit20 UK to deliver remarkable growth and operational excellence.
Recently joining ERA Group India as Regional Director, Niri brings more than 25 years of expertise in franchise growth and leadership to expand ERA’s presence there. He is a founding faculty member of the Bridging Changes Leadership Academy, developing emerging leaders in partnership with global organisations and leading institutions such as the Asia Institute for Hospitality Management (AIHM), the Geneva centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and the Thinking Ahead on Societal Change Platform (TASC). Previously, Niri pioneered BNI India, which is now their number one territory worldwide. Niri was recently made a BNI Senator, an elite group of long-standing, tenured BNI leaders whose passion, experience and expertise help drive the organisation forward. Outside of work, Niri is passionate about helping people thrive - whether coaching youth cricket, travelling with his family, or mentoring others to lead fulfilling, prosperous lives.
