Throughout his work with major construction and engineering firms, Romeo has led initiatives that delivered outstanding results, such as: Over £10 million in cost reductions through strategic negotiations with more than 10 suppliers in the road and concrete aggregates sector. Identification and correction of critical design and execution flaws in projects ranging from bridge piers and underpass tunnels to ports and dams. Working collaboratively with designers and engineering teams, he ensured risks were removed, designs aligned with field realities, and savings exceeding £500 million were realised.
