At ERA Group, Susan and her colleagues help clients uncover savings and operational improvements within their existing budgets through cost analysis, supplier strategy, benchmarking, and process optimisation. Their work is success-based, practical, and focused on measurable outcomes—improving margins, reducing unnecessary expense, and enhancing service levels without compromising quality or relationships.
