Sven de Zwart has been a partner at ERA Group since 2020. He now uses his broad experience to help companies become more resilient and take sustainable steps. He focuses on both specialist projects and acquisitions. Sven worked at Unilever for almost 20 years, in Europe and the Middle East.
As head of supply chain, he was responsible for numerous areas in several countries: from purchasing, production and planning to customer service and logistics. In addition, his years of experience have taught him how to manage a P&L: optimising costs and improving cash flow have become second nature to him. Finding sustainable solutions together is what has always fascinated Sven in his work.
