Kölle Zoo Management Services GmbH is a specialist pet supplies retailer that has received numerous awards for innovation and management excellence. The company operates 13 flagship pet retail stores, primarily in southern Germany. Facing ongoing pressure on retail margins, Kölle Zoo engaged Expense Reduction Analysts to optimise costs in non-strategic procurement areas.
