Claus Eberling combines his many years of consulting expertise with his extensive experience as a managing director in various organizations. He supports his clients – companies, public organizations and associations – in optimally meeting their requirements.
Claus Eberling and the ERA Group team have proven in more than 50 successful projects over the past few years that they can quickly identify how and where their clients can develop further. Mr. Eberling also supports his clients in implementing the solutions developed.
His clients include food retailers, medium-sized companies, wholesalers, non-profit organisations, and local authorities.
Successful projects have been implemented in the areas of overhead and process optimisation, including with AI support, HR/change management, and software implementations.
His project work benefits from his many years of international sales and management experience in the consumer goods industry for everyday goods and durable consumer goods. He has held positions with responsibility for results for almost 30 years, including at Procter & Gamble and MASCO Corporation. Claus Eberling holds a degree in economics from Justus Liebig University in Giessen and is a certified sustainability manager (TÜV).
