Dr. Harald Lampey combines in-depth technical expertise with purchasing competence, enabling him to achieve sustainable savings and efficiency gains for companies in terms of materials, as well as optimised and sustainable production processes.
Dr Harald Lampey holds a doctorate in metallurgy and has been a senior partner at ERA Group since 2009. His work focuses on two areas:
• Steel and metal purchasing: semi-finished products, custom-made parts and assemblies made of steel and other metals – with a focus on savings, supplier management and technical optimisation.
• Production and process optimisation: material flow and layout planning, intralogistics, industrial trucks and driverless transport systems, material handling, automation, robotics and cobotics, digital production control and data-driven maintenance concepts (predictive maintenance).
With his academic career and many years of experience as a technical managing director in industry, Dr Lampey combines in-depth technical knowledge with purchasing expertise. Companies benefit from sustainable cost reductions and future-proof processes.
