We are proud to announce that ERA Group has secured a significant investment from Horizon Capital, a leading investor in high-growth technology and business services companies. Horizon has taken a majority stake in ERA Group and committed £70 million to support our continued expansion - both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

This marks a milestone moment in ERA Group’s journey. Founded by Fred Marfleet in 1992, ERA has grown into a global leader in cost optimization, supply chain consulting, and actionable business insights, delivered through a powerful international network of over 1,000 consultants across 60+ countries.

This investment will enable us to supercharge our next phase of growth under the leadership of CEO Mark Taylor. With a focus on scaling innovation, enhancing our digital platforms, and attracting top talent, we are better positioned than ever to support our consultants and clients with cutting-edge insights and measurable results.

With Horizon’s backing, ERA Group will actively pursue targeted acquisitions and expand into untapped markets, creating new avenues for growth across our global network.

We’re also delighted to welcome Matthew Eatough, founder of Proxima and a respected leader in procurement and supply chain strategy, as our new Chairman. Matthew brings unmatched sector knowledge and will play a key role in shaping ERA’s strategic direction.
