Mester Grønn is Norway’s leading flower retail chain, and over several decades it has built a strong market position through a mix of deep expertise, efficient operations, and a clearly defined brand. With a nationwide store network, a high level of centralised purchasing, and a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and customer relevance, the chain has succeeded in balancing local presence with economies of scale in a highly competitive retail market.
THE ASSIGNMENT:
From ERA Group’s perspective, the engagement with Mester Grønn has had a clear objective: to deliver measurable cost savings without compromising quality, delivery reliability, or day-to-day operations. In spring 2025, ERA Group was brought in across a handful of selected cost categories, where the analyses quickly uncovered significant room for improvement. The work has been characterised by close collaboration, data-driven analysis, and strong market insight, and the project is still ongoing, with the goal of creating similar value across additional categories as well.
