The university client is a leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality education and fostering academic excellence. The challenge:
The university faced significant challenges with its telephone infrastructure and data network. The central campus telephone system utilised a legacy infrastructure. Furthermore, the phone system at the university’s remote sites was not agile enough to meet business requirements.
