The growth of this internationally active family business is also increasingly reflected in the online sales of cheese products. ERA was commissioned to conduct a thorough review of the costs and processes involved in parcel delivery. The aim was to determine whether and how efficiencies could be realised in terms of time and expenditure, and to gain insights from ERA's expertise and methodology.

After considering the proposed improvements, Henri Willig's project team decided to continue with one existing service provider and two new parties. This choice enabled them to reduce their parcel delivery costs and serve their customers in an even more tailored and environmentally conscious manner. Furthermore, this new collaboration generated internal time efficiencies.
