Lennox Benelux saves 45% on telecoms and 14.5% on credit cheques
Lennox designs, manufactures, and sells a comprehensive range of products for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and cooling – essentially, all equipment that optimises the indoor climate. The NYSE-listed company operates globally. Its headquarters for Northern Europe are situated in Nijkerk, from which sales and service operations are organised across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and England.
ERA Group consultant Kees de Dreu approached Lennox Benelux and, after a number of discussions, started working as a project manager. Five topics were initially considered: telecommunications, temporary staff, printers, logistics and credit checks. In the areas of printers and logistics, it gradually became clear that Lennox already had these well organised.
