The Handelshof Group, established in 1959, operates 16 cash & carry markets across North Rhine-Westphalia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and the greater Hamburg area. The Handelshof markets serve the catering, hotel, communal catering, retail, self-employed, and freelance sectors.
IT costs were analysed in collaboration with ERA Group. The focus was particularly on licence management.
