The company secured a lease for 6,200 sq ft across two floors in Albion House, Woking, a property designated for inclusion within the town centre regeneration programme. Given the prevailing economic climate, this scheme is currently suspended. Consequently, the developer and landlord approached the client in April 2010 regarding a short-term lease renewal, proposing a rent reduction from £17 per sq ft to £15 per sq ft effective from February 2011.
