RAAP is an independent research agency for archaeology, cultural history and heritage that advises clients in the Netherlands and Belgium on infrastructure works, new construction, water management and nature development.
As the vehicle fleet represents one of their most significant expenditures, RAAP's financial director, Alfred Ankum, had previously investigated this personally. However, he was not entirely satisfied with the outcomes of his endeavours. 'I was never sure whether the projected cost reduction had genuinely materialised.'
