In 2009, the DRK Hamburg non-profit organisation for the promotion of child and youth welfare mbH approached Mario Sundt from ERA Group with a consulting and implementation project. The aim was to optimise cleaning costs for 12 facilities (daycare centres) and the management offices.
Owing to the successful collaboration, the partnership was extended from 12 to 30 properties over the years. This collaborative relationship was sustained even following a change in management.
