Dynamit Nobel GmbH Explosivstoff- und Systemtechnik in Leverkusen (DNES for short), a partner to the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries, market leader in the field of hazardous chemicals and subsidiary of the French Novasep Group, planned to optimise expenditure in non-strategic procurement areas.
The company therefore commissioned ERA Group to analyse the cost categories of travel expenses, office supplies, workwear, freight and security services and to optimise them without compromising on quality.
