ERA assists a non-profit health centre in enhancing its annual cash flow by £400,000
Whatley Health Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit community health centre whose mission is to provide primary health care services to underserved residents of West Alabama. Headquartered in West Tuscaloosa, with 14 locations, the organisation uses public and private funds to address the challenges of a dynamic society.
ERA conducted an analysis of Whatley Health's expenditures and identified savings in medical, dental and pharmaceutical supplies, office supplies, payroll processing fees, medical waste, general waste, cleaning supplies and services, document storage, and telecommunications processing fees amounting to £400,000 in savings.
"ERA worked hard on our behalf to secure the products and services we need at lower prices, both with our regular suppliers and with new suppliers. Our representatives were transparent, willing to answer all of our questions, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process." [ZACHARIAH CHISM, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, WHATLEY HEALTH SERVICES]
