To stay constantly focused on its operations and service delivery, Capriole engaged ERA Group to conduct an expert review of its parcel shipping. The company did not possess this specialised knowledge in-house. The review focused, among other things, on the efficiency of the existing shipping partner, the quality of service, the cost structure, and sustainability.
