The Australian Psychological Society (APS), the peak body representing more than 25,000 psychology professionals across Australia, partnered with ERA Group to review its records management services as part of its commitment to strong governance and operational efficiency.
ERA Group conducted a competitive market review, inviting the incumbent supplier and three alternative providers to submit proposals. Following a detailed assessment of pricing and service offerings, APS selected a new supplier that delivered significant cost savings while maintaining high service standards.
