Thanks to Women in Mining Argentina (WIM Argentina) for inviting me to participate in this much-needed space.
Very interesting panels, speakers with high-level responsibilities in companies, ambassadors and commercial attachés, all talking about the advantages they have found along their paths to sustainability and ESG
I am left with a clear message:
Sustainability is no longer an "extra" for Argentine companies. It is a requirement for competitiveness.
📌 It became clear that:
- Companies that already report and apply sustainability criteria found direct profitability in their purchasing chain.
- Every specific decision (which supplier you choose, how you manage your processes, where you invest) adds value to your competitiveness as an exporter.
Next year, with the new European regulations, these decisions will determine who can and cannot enter those markets.

💡 My conviction: profitable sustainability is the basis for strategic alliances, for the traceability demanded by markets, and for an Argentina that wants to export strongly to the European Union.
👉 Is your company already reviewing its reports and processes to adapt to the new standards?
