Il broker lavora per te. Ma chi verifica se il tuo programma assicurativo è davvero competitivo?

Le assicurazioninon sono semplicemente un costo fisso: sono una leva di gestione del rischio edi ottimizzazione dei costi.

Molti CFOanalizzano con attenzione le principali categorie di spesa aziendale. Ilprogramma assicurativo, invece, viene spesso rivisto solo in fase di rinnovo,con una visibilità limitata sulle alternative realmente disponibili:

• quali soluzionisiano state effettivamente valutate;
• quanto il mercato assicurativo siastato sollecitato;
• se premi, franchigie, limiti edesclusioni siano ancora coerenti con il profilo di rischio dell’azienda;
• se il risultato ottenuto sia davverocompetitivo.

La domanda daporsi non è se il broker stia lavorando.

La domanda è: chiverifica, in modo indipendente, la qualità del risultato?

Il ruolo di ERA:una regia indipendente del processo assicurativo

ERA supporta leaziende con un approccio indipendente e strutturato alla revisione deiprogrammi assicurativi.

L’obiettivo non èsostituire automaticamente il broker esistente, ma creare un processo piùtrasparente, competitivo e misurabile.

Quando opportuno,il mercato può essere coinvolto attraverso un confronto controllato tra 2-3operatori qualificati, con regole chiare e sotto un coordinamento rigoroso.

Nessunasovrapposizione. Nessuna confusione. Nessuna dispersione verso il mercato.

Solo:

• perimetri diintervento definiti;
• incarichi di mercato chiari;
• presentazione coerente del rischioagli assicuratori;
• confronto oggettivo tra premi,coperture, franchigie, limiti ed esclusioni;
• risultati comparabili e documentabili.

In questo modol’assicurazione non viene acquistata soltanto sulla base della fiducia, masulla base di elementi misurabili.

Perché èimportante

Quando il broker eil mercato sanno che il processo è gestito con metodo, cambia la qualità delrisultato.

I benefici possonoriguardare:

• maggiorecompetitività dei premi;
• miglioramento delle condizioni dicopertura;
• revisione critica di franchigie,limiti ed esclusioni;
• maggiore attenzione da parte degliassicuratori;
• migliore documentabilità delledecisioni verso direzione, proprietà o revisione interna.

L’assicurazionepassa così da semplice rinnovo annuale a processo finanziario e gestionaledisciplinato.

Un Esempio Concreto

Un’azienda italiana di medie dimensioni si èrivolta a ERA dopo molti anni di collaborazione con lo stesso brokerassicurativo.

Il programma veniva rinnovato regolarmente, mail messaggio ricevuto era sempre lo stesso:

“Il mercato è difficile: queste sono lemigliori condizioni ottenibili.”

“Solo poche compagnie sono disponibili adassumere questo tipo di rischio.”

ERA ha impostato un processo di revisionestrutturato, coinvolgendo due operatori qualificati con regole di ingaggiochiare e un coordinamento centrale del confronto con il mercato assicurativo.

Il risultato è stato significativo.

Un operatore ha individuato una compagnia chenon era mai stata coinvolta in precedenza. Un altro ha proposto una diversaimpostazione del programma, migliorando franchigie, condizioni e strutturadelle coperture.

Il cliente ha ottenuto una riduzione delpremio di circa il 20%, insieme a un miglioramento complessivo del programmaassicurativo.

Stessa azienda. Stesso profilo di rischio.Risultato diverso.

La differenza non era il mercato.

Era il processo.
